This Course provides the opportunity to further learn, practice and perfect the Nage-no-Kata that is part of the Grading Syllabus. 10.30 - 1.30pm Open to Green Belts and above only. Juniors and Seniors - Try to bring along your Kata Partner should you have one. Please bring your Membership Books so your Katas can be signed off. There will be drink and Snack breaks throughout.
